Managing Restore Delegates
1. How do I request access for a restore delegate?
– Send a request to [email protected], with the new email address that is to be a Restore Delegate. This can come from an existing delegate, Site Manager, Account Manager, or the designated client contact. It cannot come from the person themselves.
2. How many Restore Delegates are allowed?
– Our service now includes 2 named people who have the delegated rights to perform restores for the tenant. Additional people can be requested through our standard account management process, and additional charges may apply.
