This article outlines the procedure for accessing the Self-Service Restore Portal.

  1. Browse to https://auth.lvsone.com and enter your email address as your username.
  2. You will be directed to the Okta MFA challenge screen.

Upon successfully answering the push request on the mobile app or entering the code generated by the mobile app, you will gain access to the portal main page, where you can see your currently authorized applications.

After initial enrollment, account resets can be performed in a self-service fashion via the portal under “Forgot password?”.  Restore Portal access will be disabled if you do not login once in the last 30 days.
