Managing Restore Delegates

1.  How do I request access for a restore delegate?

– Send a request to [email protected], with the new email address that is to be a Restore Delegate.  This can ​come from an existing delegate, Site Manager, Account Manager, or the designated client contact.  It cannot come from the person themselves.

2.  How many Restore Delegates are allowed?

– Our service now includes 2 named people who have the delegated rights to perform restores for the tenant. Additional people can be requested through our standard account management process, and additional charges may apply.
